Michael Bray is a horror/thriller author of more than ten novels. He recently followed his life-long dream to become a full-time author, but his talent knows no bounds. As well as a prolific writer, he’s also a talented design artist.
I’ve worked with Bray on several projects, which has given me plenty of time to realise the man’s immense talent. Most recently, he became my go-to artist for eBook and print cover art. With 89, Awakening, Amy, and Three’s Company already decorating his portfolio, and impressing multiple readers around the world, I have commissioned him for several future covers.
Andrew Lennon is an emerging horror/thriller writer.
With several titles to his name, he is quickly becoming a household name in the horror genre. We’ve had the pleasure of including him in several Dark Chapter Press projects, and he is one of the many authors we encourage and nurture through our unique development system.
Based in Runcorn, Andrew is a family man first and foremost. With a dedication to his family that rivals his passion for the written word, this guy is going places. If you get a chance to pick up his work, it can be found on Amazon.
Another emerging author, Matt Hickman can be classified as one thing; a true horror aficinado. With horror in his blood, and a devoted passion for the genre, it was only a matter of time until he put word to paper and started creating his own horror stories.
His work has featured in numerous anthologies, he is a Dark Chapter Press mainstay, and he collaborated with me on serial killer horror Gemini in 2016. An absolute pleasure to work with, and one of my true supporters (thank you, Matt), Hickman is an author with an exceedingly bright future. His work can be purchased on Amazon.
I had the fortune of connecting with James when some of his amazing portfolio work went viral on the internet. A huge fan of video games, James had created some scenes from the infamous horror game Silent Hill, using the Real 4 Engine. His work received critical acclaim following its emergence, something I reported on through my Inquisitr articles – Silent Hills was recently cancelled, and his beautiful images gave die-hard fans a reminder of what could have been.
Now working for video game developer Rockstar Games, James has a bright future, but he still took time from his busy schedule to design some haunting banners for my Facebook profile.
Mark Kelly is a freelance artist/illustrator who specialises in horror and the macabre. Recommended by a fellow author, Mark has produced several of my covers, most notably the Whispers series.
Based in the U.S., Mark is a genuine talent, an artist with a keen eye and passion for horror. You’d be hard pressed to find a better, more original illustrator on the market. If you need a cover that pops, look no further than his Grim Ventures Facebook page for confirmation.
Alan Aldred is my current tattoo designer, and an exceptionally talented artist.
With comfort found in both digital and physically print, and a keen horror eye to boot, Alan is a man with immense talent. As well as designing my sleeve tattoos, the genius concept of which took my breath away, Alan has been commissioned to design several covers for my future work. With a huge roster of art to his name, Alan is high in demand at Cosmic Tattoos, his current workplace. It’s no surprise that he also tours the country at a series of national tattoo conventions, to bring his work to the masses. Watch this space for a very special reveal in the coming months…
